Core Asterisk Support for Asterisk 13 & 14

Digium now provides codec_opus for both Asterisk 13 and 14. Given that, I don't see a compelling reason to continue with this fork. If anyone feels differently, let me know.

But unfortunately, that codec doesn't work with the Snom D725 here, it gives me choppy audio (Bria is fine though). Can I test your version on it in production without problems?

I would suggest you try Alexander Traud's fork instead of this one. I haven't touched this code in some time.
