Make open source

I absolutely love the sound of this as a future for C++, but I just can't take it seriously unless the source is open.

It would go a long way in driving interest and adoption.

I thinks Circle is by far the best approach to evolve C++. It's much simpler to programmers than all other approaches and super versatile.

One very questioned point I've heard often is if it is open source. People fear for the safety of it's future if it's not open source, because if it's open source, and project stop for any reason, someone else could continue it.
