Option to clear all metadata

Is it possible to implement an option to clear all metadata for the outputted (untagged) file? Ideally a docker environment option... I would rather have readarr grab and fill metadata instead of beets/mp3tag but readarr gets confused when (incorrect) metadata is already input,
