Update libftd to v1.7.0

This is a copy/paste update form v1.7.0 of https://github.com/dgibson/dtc, which is the actual upstream repo. The Linux sources also take the files from there, so there seems not much point copying things from the linux sources.

The files use SPDX identifiers now also and thus they removed the license text.
