Manual Improvements

[Indanz]

A whole review of the seL4 manual has been performed. The main objective was to add missing documentation, fix wrong or misleading information, check for consistent use of page and frame and to resolve the following open issues:

#414, #489, #560, #566, #619, #997, #1083.

Work in progress, more commits will be added the coming days.
