[feature request] get info on audio and subtitles

First, Thank you for Cleanarr. This is a great tool that I'm using on my Unraid NAS.

I would like to know if this would be possible to add info about Audio & Subtitiles.

Most of my duplicates are in fact alternative versions that contain more languages or more subtitles than the original version for equivalent quality (so I can't really rely on resolution or codec, as they're mostly identical). For example I want to keep the version that contains French + English and delete the one that only constains english.

i second this. using cleaner is great but it gets to a point where a part of my library ends up in the wrong language and i have to readd them due to cleaner keeping the wrong ones
