Use Marvin with custom binning scheme

I am using Kate Rubin's new 2" SQUARE binning scheme (https://data.sdss.org/sas/mangawork/users/u6021943/Alt-DAP/SQUARE2.0_2018oct25/SQUARE2.0-GAU-MILESHC/), but this cannot be read by Marvin because the binning scheme is not in the datamodel. It would be good to add a feature to Marvin to add a custom binning scheme.

Thanks Kate! I'm running the DAP to create custom radial binning scheme. I would also love to use Marvin with my custom DAP datacubes and maps! Let's give priority-science and see what the development team think about this.

@KateRowlands @margudo I think this is a great feature, especially since people will be hacking and running custom DAP stuff. However, my priority right now is working on reintroducing the spaxel queries. This would be a great opportunity for either of you to fork Marvin, tinker with the code, and implement the change yourself. You can make a PR and I can review it.
