Convenience Functions/Buttons for Common Query Conditions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Many people are going to be entering the same set of conditions into queries. For complicated but common ones, we should make it easier.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Add functions that return commonly-used query conditions (e.g., the line ratio conditionals in applying BPT cuts).
2. Add a button(s)/drop-down(s) on the Query page to insert these snippets into the web query.
