Get the locations and paths to work event when the planet is rotated

I got the locations and paths to work only when the planet is not rotated. I had to create some horrible function, as _calibrated, to make this work. I tried different approaches, but failed each time (the problem might be coming from me :)).

• positions are not consistent when low or high alpha.

Someone responded on a stackoverflow post http://stackoverflow.com/questions/27670473/coordinates-conversion-from-geographical-to-spherical, I will take a look at it when I will have time (the past months I have been overloaded...)
