Adds Pinia snippets

Hi there! I've had this snippet collection installed for a little while, and thought it worthwhile to contribute.

I've added a small sample of Pinia commands that I find myself using often, and updated the README.md with the relative commands.

Feel free to suggest amendments to any of the suggested commands :)
