update_db hangs/hogs CPU, no more updates on map

After months of using the docker image of docker-flightmap without any seriuous issue, yesterday the installations stopped to work normally.

Flighairmap stoppted responding, only an empty map will be displayed. The damon spotter script hogs one CPU core. Restarting the instance "cures" the problem but after some hours the problem appears again. Every time the problem happens there lines can be found in the docker/podman logs:

[update_db] DB are populated with external data only every 15 days ! Files are not updated more often.
[update_db] Owner are only updated every 15 days.
[update_db] Airlines are only updated every 15 days.
