SQS: any plans to catch up to latest Crystal?

Hi, @sdogruyol ! As always, thank you for the development of a nice library.

This SQS library is working fine in 0.35.1, but the S3 tests are failing due to timecop.cr.

I only want to use the SQS, so the code is fine, but I'm not sure if I should commit here in the future, or create a new repository with just the SQS cut out. Are you no longer actively developing in this repository?
