List features supported by service providers

The Wiki includes a list of providers of SDMX 2.1 RESTful web services: https://github.com/sdmx-twg/sdmx-rest/wiki/Where-is-it-used

This list could be improved by adding a table listing the RESTful API features as well as the SDMX formats supported by each service.
