Turn it to windows

It's really a great work, thank you for share it. I have a question that it seems run in the linux but how could I turn it to the windows and compile and use in visual stdio?

Thanks @DQ0408! If you're feeling generous, maybe we can combine these so they work for both platforms and turn it into a Pull Request :). Unfortunately I can't test, since I haven't touched a Windows machine in 8 years.

Hi ,I've tested the sample data, but when I use the meahlab to view the mesh.ply ,I saw nothing ,although there are many vertexs.
