artyom.fatality really cutting cord to google-server?

so if i start artyom and at some point i use artyom.fatality can i be assured that my microphone does not transmit any data from my microphone to outside-servers anymore?

from my understanding dontObey just ignores what is recognised but still transmits everything the mic picks up to google...?

just asking for a friend which might care about privacy-issues... it is not hard to create a wakeup-word with pocketsphinx.js that initialises artyom and only after that starts phoning to all the friendly people who decide to listen in and not ALL THE TIME i have it running. if fatality does what it should i would share an example code here using pocketsphinx just for wakingup artyom when needed.
