Can i use dots in table/column names in migrations?

Hi,

I am trying to call some table fields like 115CV206_FOLLOWER_1.ActSpeed (with dots within), but it throws an error when i run the migration:

(1103, "Incorrect table name '115CV207_FOLLOWER_1'") (SQL: CREATE TABLE `reports` (

Can i use dots in the table fields or table name?
