Some fixes

  • Fixed a race condition on (re)connect
  • new example (a shell)
  • merged changes from beautyfree/mtproto
  • minor other improvements

I have added a new field in the MTProto structure to keep track the TCP connection status. A race condition caused messages in the queue on reconnect to be sent to a closed connection.
