This issue is filed mostly for reference. It doesn't break Readline.js but means there is an annoying `ding` for every `Alt-` combo even though Readline.js traps and handles it.

In bash you can do !{num} with the line number of a command in the history to re-run it.

For completions that are case-insensitve, the bestMatch method should have be able to find matches case insensitively, and PathHandler should expose a config flag to enable this for path completions
