[BUG] No Tools Lited Under Tool Proficiencies DND5e 2.2.x

Describe the bug No Tools showing in Tool Proficiency. Cause is update to DND 2.2.x which relocated the toolprof under tools.

Tested that Fix, works pretty good! Rolls do not fast forward in MIDI, but I think that is likely unrelated to the sheet.
