Apply Changes Button

Seeing as this module doesn't currently do anything to the actual Game Settings in v10, I'd like to suggest starting small by adding a button beside the "Save Changes" button to simply apply the changes without closing the window.

It's honestly one of my biggest gripes when messing around with many different settings, that window keeps closing and I have to re-open it all the time.
