Can't see the "upload files" button

Hi, I just installed lets-chart wich is great but I don't see the "files" section under the list of users (right column) Did I missed something to activate the "upload" feature ? My installation is local.

set this in settings:

files:
  enable: true

[driftywinds]

in my docker container, files are enabled but yet I don't see the option on the webpage. Can anyone help?
