Question: can this be used as a support chat?
This is a simple chat solution and I like it a lot. can we use it as support chat? kinda like Zopim

well, yes and no. users need to register first -> than yes you can use it for that.
But no "Public" login (choose name and chat)
it would be a great feature to add. I can imagine a lot of people need that
yeah i think it would be a total usefull feature. Make Channel Public -> Public/non registered Users Can join just with a "Nickname"
would make lets chat even more powerfull (compared to others, only HipChat support this so far, rocket.chat is working on in, mattermost only add it for enterprise not community/team)

Doest look like they will add this, sadly.
also there seems to be a pull request for this feature https://github.com/sdelements/lets-chat/pull/727
tested it and its not working yet. (error email and username must be unique - but its hardcoded at the moment - but you could generate a fake email-not sure about the username.
