Add a "check all terminals" feature to the Square Terminal integration?

There's a new API for this: https://developer.squareup.com/docs/terminal-api/terminal-device-monitoring

It doesn't fetch real-time information from the terminals, it returns recently cached information, but it does it all in a single API call.
