Perhaps a "pending credit note" finishcode, and add a user interface option to enable users to say "credit note received".

Simple version that only updates when a "Service Charge" button is pressed added in commit 49066ed5b4af112ea2ae62c5434e085daab93213

Consider what happens when there's a void of a service charge in the current transaction and you press the button again! (And other cases to do with voids.) It's possible...

I'm not ignoring this, I just want a bit more time to think about it!
