SDDM's UI loads on the spot if a notebook's lid is closed during the whole booting process

If you press the power button, close the lid of the notebook, and wait enough time to boot, the UI isn't loaded and there's a white line on the top-left of the screen.

SDDM should load the UI while the notebook's lid is closed.

A KDE dev said that this is related to SDDM. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=498730#c2
