[BUG] Fix up included REAPER project

NeuralAmpModeler.RPP References audio files that aren't part of this project. This gets me thinking that the project should include the following:

  • An audio track to play
  • At least one .nam (something like a standard WaveNet, though something smaller may also be nice for debugging.)
  • An IR.
