[FEATURE] Arm64 support

Is it possible to add Arm64 support any time soon?

Can you be more specific? What processor is it that's not working, and what's the problem that's keeping it from working?

I mean in general adding support for Win11 running ARM64 processors, like Dev Kit 2023, MS Surfaces etc. See below some snaps after installation on Win11 Arm64 processor, you can clearly notice that in main folder we are missing executable file

I can also confirm the issue. I downloaded [NeuralAmpModeler-v0.7.5-win.zip installer and upon installation the executable is missing and VST also. (Running Windows 11 Pro ARM 64 in a VM instance on macOS 13.4.1 with M1 using VMware Fusion Player 13)
