Looks like there's no Carthage support implemented, but you have that in ReadMe.

Here's carthage output: Dependency "SDCloudUserDefaults" has no shared framework schemes for any of the platforms: iOS

It was contributed in PR #9. I don't use Carthage myself so I've not been able to test it but happy consider pull requests.
