[Bug]: When i run webui.cmd

What happened?

i have no idea why this happens, i have the model installed (refer to attached pic) and it still gives me this error:

Once the WebUI launches please visit the Model Manager page and download the models by using the Download button for each model.

rename it from model.ckpt to Stable Diffusion v1.5.ckpt
