[Bug]: web-ui fails to start when using custom model path

What happened?

streamlit, dev branch After I change the path for the base 1.4 model, during the next startup, I get an error that model.ckpt does not exist and that I should put it in models\ldm\stable-diffusion-v1.

However when I add the model there and streamlit succesfuly starts, it does load the model from the custom path when I try to run txt2img or any other implementation that uses the base model.
