OpenXLab version doesn't do anything

Since the most recent version of CodeFormer is on this site called "OpenXLab", I decided to try that version. Doing that only ever brings up this error message, and doesn't actually enhance the image:

What's casuing this error, and why is it the only result that will ever be made by the OpenXLab version of the program?
