Questions about licensing and being able to run on mobile

I want to ask some questions:

1. Is there a way to use it on mobile devices, completely local (no server) ? Any Java/Kotlin library ?
2. If it is possible, how much resources would it take (space, CPU, RAM...) ?
3. If it's not possible, is there some server that is available to use this library? Is there an API that everyone can use? Is there any pricing?
4. I've noticed the license is a bit restricting in a way that no matter what I do, I have to have my entire app open source. Is it true? Is there any way to have it different? Some exceptions? Some deal that's possible? What other things should I know about the license?
