Start the cluster with a custom user/password

Is this a bug report or feature request?

In some cases, users want the cluster to start with a different user/password One challenge is where from and how Operator read the relevant user/password in a safe way.

Feature Request - Scylla defaults to cassandra/cassandra - if there is a requirment to support this lets add it to scylla.

Did https://github.com/scylladb/scylla/issues/7559 But there are (not as good) way to implement this without Scylla support
