Add a graph showing average/max size of `IN` Cartesian product

Describe the feature and the current behavior/state. Please, consider adding a graph that shows the average/ax size of IN Cartesian product used in corresponding queries to "Scylla CQL" dashboard.

Who will benefit with this feature? Everybody who uses IN queries - analytics tools tend to "love" them.

Any Other info. I'm not sure scylla has such a metric right now.
