Add the way to filter compaction graphs by compaction type

Describe the feature and the current behavior/state. We have different types of compactions:

• Compaction
• Reshape
• Reshard
• Cleanup
• SCRUB
• UPGRADE
• INDEX_BUILD

We want to be able to filter all compaction related graphs by the type of a compaction.

Who will benefit with this feature? Everybody

@vladzcloudius I don't think Scylla expose such granularity, if I'm currect, this issue should be open on the scylla repository.

@amnonh maybe not all compaction graphs. If we have at least "Running Compactions" per class - that would already be something.
