Non clear selections at the top of the dashboard

Installation details Dashboard Name: Cluster View Scylla-Monitoring Version: 3.7.0 Scylla-Version: 2021.1

the top bar show selector for: node restart, stall detector, schema change etc

It is not clear what these are, and how selecting them effect the view. I assumes these are all toggle for annotations. If this is the case, we need to group them as such with an appropriate header, like "Present Annotations"

I could not understand what is the "ad hoc" element is.

Grafana is currently not supporting grouping of annotations. Ad hoc is a grafana option for an ad-hoc filter, you can read about it in 3.1 release notes: https://www.scylladb.com/product/release-notes/scylla-monitoring-stack-3-1/
