Looks good to me Are you planing to add Scylla to this system? Please add running instructions to the README

@tzach this is part of a script which when run will generate MQTT messages that get published to Kafka - There are a set of instructions for spinning up Kafka connect and then simply connecting it to Scylla - all the instructions are captured in a blog we are planning on publishing. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DnVf-rVjMank5_rLQv1y8gucpPxvnX3CdFu9MLEuY60/edit?ts=5c116437
