3.x: fix integration tests for java-11

Currently following test are failing on java-11:

should_not_retry_on_connection_error_if_statement_non_idempotent
should_retry_on_connection_error_if_statement_idempotent
should_rethrow_on_connection_error
should_try_next_host_on_connection_error
should_not_reprepare_on_up_when_disabled
should_reprepare_on_up_by_default
should_reprepare_on_up_when_enabled

Let's investigate why they fail and fix them
