ReadME has issues

Hi, The readme file is outdated and while we're updating it, the following also needs to be addressed.

  1. the content looks like datastax verbatim. customers who are looking for "shard-aware" won't see any reference here
  2. the title suggests we copied / pasted without changing anything. it should reflect Scylla and not datastax.
  3. There is no API documentation
  4. Once ready we should link to the docs site
