docs: Issue in page Build an IoT App with JavaScript - redendent Scylla setup phases

I would like to report an issue on page https://iot.scylladb.com/master/build-with-javascript

Problem

The JS page includes instructions on setting up a Scylla Cluster with Docker.

• This is redundant wit the same info in https://iot.scylladb.com/stable/getting-started.html
• Do not mention the Scylla Cloud / Terraform alternative

Now I'm finally getting into this issue, so: besides the Terraform example, all other projects has a docker-compose.yml.

Would be a good thing to have a folder specifically for the docker instance instead have to manage all the images in a update.
