I don't know, like how to organize your file(s), when to create a new entry, how to be as quick as possible, how to choose tags or something.

One thing I've noticed: Continuation lines that reach back more than a few lines will get confusing really fast. It would probably be a good idea to not back-reference more than a day or two.
