Tooltip should show emoji name

If I use [emojiTooltip], when the user hover over the emoji, the first short name is shown; as documented.

This feels wrong to me; the only benefit of showing a tooltip is to enrich the user experience, therefore it should show the full name, not the abbreviation. For example when looking at flags, it would be nice to see the country name. Instead I see the country code that I need to lookup...

Can the tooltip text be changed from the short name to the full name please?
