Adding a table of content using gatsby-remark-table-of-contents results in an empty code block

Hi, I am following the documentation for the Gatsby plugin https://www.gatsbyjs.com/plugins/gatsby-remark-table-of-contents/. When I add the toc block to my markdown file, I get an empty code block in the HTML result.

Should I manually define and add a component to include in the post template?
