Notifications do not use localized medatata

Description

Notifications sent via Telegram use English metadata for title, poster and description, even if the server and the user are using another language, and such title is available in such language.

They're simply ignoring the language settings.

Steps to Reproduce

Set your language settings to another language (in my case, italian)
Search for content in your local language, everything is properly localized (if available)
Request the content
Wait for the content to be downloaded
Telegram notification will be in english
