Separate Advanced Requests options so we can choose if we want users to be able to select the Root Folder and/or Quality Profile instead of all or nothing

Description

For individual user settings, we currently have the option to enable or disable Advanced Requests which, when enabled, allows users to choose the Quality Profile and the Root Folder. When disabled, they cannot choose either of these options.

Desired Behavior

I think it would be beneficial for there to be an option to separate these two options. In my specific case, I use Root Folders to separate some TV series from movies due to available hard drive space. I would like prevent users from changing the default Root Folder, but still allow them to choose their desired quality profile.
