Prevent Overseerr from making duplicate requests for previously requested seasons in a series

Description

Let's say that I have already requested the first 8 seasons of a show, and they've already been downloaded by Sonarr already, and Overseerr knows this. When I send a request for Season 9, the issue that i have is that it sends a request to Sonarr to search for every season 1-8 before requesting for Season 9 as well. I don't want this. This is causing my indexers to be hit more often than I'd like (I set global requests for a reason), and this is also slowing down the time it takes for the actual requested season to be downloaded as well.

Desired Behavior

What I would like to happen is for Overseerr to just send a request for the season that I actually want downloaded. If, in your eyes, there's still a use case for sending requests for previously sending requests for seasons that are already downloaded, then at least make this a configurable option for people like me.
