Partial series request stuck in "Partially Available" state and remains in "Processing" category

Description

In a multi-season series, if a request is created containing only a part of all existing seasons, this request will only enter state "Partially Available", because the whole series is not made available. This will lead to the request not being moved from category "Processing" to "Available".

Example: If "The Boys" season 1, 2, and 3 is requested, I would expect this request to show "Available" as soon as season 1, 2, and 3 are available (and the series to remain "Partially Available"). But because this series already has a placeholder for a future season 4, this request will only enter state "Partially Available" and remain in category "Processing". This clutters the "Processing" category that I use to keep track of all unfulfilled requests.

2. Make these seasons available.
3. Request now shows status "Partially Available" instead of status "Available" and remains in category "Processing" instead of being moved to "Available".
