Feature to jump to header on mobile while browsing

Description

I would like to be able to jump to the top of the filters when I am 500+ titles deep into scrolling on mobile.

Desired Behavior

When using filter browsing on desktop, I can usually just use the scroll bar to drag it to the top, but I cannot do this on mobile. It would be nice to have a button that can jump to the top of the filters.
