Plex user cannot login after email changed in plex account

Description

I recently changed my plex account's email address and now i'm unable to update this information in overseerr. there i still see my old email connected to my plex accont.

When i actually login i get an access denied error

Steps to Reproduce

  1. change email address in plex account
  2. login with existing plex user in overseerr
  3. get access denied

I actually have a fallback email for this exact scenario.

you also can't change email addresses on any account, even local ones

As a work around, I found you can delete the user and reimport them /w the new email. Downside is you lose all their history.
