[Request] Allow requests to be limited

Description

It would be nice to be able to limit users to only request things up to so many days in the future. For example to only allow a user to request something 1 year in the future or any other custom amount.

Desired Behavior

It would be nice to limit users to only request things so many days / months in the future - I’ve had a user request something which won’t be getting released until 5 years time, I don’t really fancy this waiting around for that length of time so I am going to have to manually delete the requests now but it would be nice to be able to auto reject requests too
